Thank you for expressing interest in the Pokot Mission Project! We are excited that you are interested in learning more about our mission project, and the mission trip in July. Please prayfully consider how you can help today. There are three ways.
~ Join The Team! We are looking for medical and lay missionaries for the mission trip. Since our focus will primarily be medical, we are especially interested in having doctors, nurses, physician assistants and many more from the medical field. We will also need veterinarians and animal specialists to join us. We will also have a vacation bible school program for the children, so we will need missionaries for this component as well.
~ Donate to Us! We have a donation page on Rally.org where you can donate any amount for this project. We will be spending 100% of funds on medications, medical supplies, community needs and other items as needed. Please donate today at https://rally.org/pokotmission.
~ Pray for Us! We need faithful friends and supporters who will keep this project in prayer. Please keep us in prayer as we seek to reveal God's love through medical, children and social services in the Pokot area.
Welcome to the Pokot Mission Project,
We are a team of professionals from the US and Kenya who have partnered with World Vision Kolowa IPA and A.L.I.V.E. Kenya to fill a need. The people of East Pokot are languishing because of lack of proper medical and veterinary care in their area. Please join us as we endeavor to provide free medical, veterinary and children programs during our upcoming mission trip, and to equip the medical professionals in Kenya to continue long-term care for the community.
